Marnie Douglas

Marnie

Marnie is a qualified physiotherapist who completed her studies at The University of Sydney. Her strong analytical and problem solving skills allow her to recognise and address individual needs in the workplace and establish appropriate strategies to accommodate these needs. Working with small to large organisations on a National basis, has allowed Marnie to develop an in-depth understanding of ergonomics and human behaviour.

By combining her knowledge of anatomy and physiology and an understanding of the working environment Marnie is able to personalise a program to ensure an optimal outcome for all clients. Marnie consults on a range of different levels to different organisations – from furniture selection and equipment analysis to performing individual one on one workstation assessments. The aim of all of her work is to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

 

Matt Baker

Matt

Matt graduated from the University of Brighton, UK as a Physiotherapist in 1996. In the last 13 years he has gained a wide range of experiences in the management of musculoskeletal disorders. He pursued his interest in injury prevention doing a post graduate Diploma in Ergonomics at Robens Institute of Health Ergonomics, UK, and over the last 4 years has worked as a consultant to various large financial institutions and other corporations in the city of London providing ergonomic support that involved conducting workstation assessments, training and risk analysis in the pursuit of reducing musculoskeletal disorders in the work place. He maintains a clinical interest in treatment and prevention of complex work related upper limb disorders

Matt brings a wealth of ergonomic experience to Ergoworks Consulting and his enthusiastic and sociable demeanour makes him a valued team member.
