Ergoassess reporting is designed to give you an complete audit trail of what is happening within your organization. Because there is one central store of information, this means that users can be located nationally or even globally and the administrator can view the reports, picking up trends within the organization, seeing who is Low / Medium or High Risk, aiming to mitigate risk of injury or workcover claims before they arise.
Below is a screen shot of the Dashboard view which will be available to the administrator. The dashboard will allow you to see your entire organisations risk profile at a glance. You will be able to see the users that have been invited to respond, who has responded, who has completed and who needs face to face contact. Clicking on a graph or a bar chart allows you to drill down into the list of people represented on the graph.
The dashboard would be the most frequently used report, giving you a snapshot of what is happening within your organistation.

These reports are designed to give you a more in depth knowledge of what is happening within the organization and are designed to be a complete audit trail of what has occurred since the invitations have been sent out.
Reports on user uptake and involvement with the system are very easy to produce. The system has been designed to allow you to view reports by floor, department and cost centre so that you can easily manage accounts / billing for each department using the service.
Importantly, the system also provides Risk level and Compliance reports which are important from an OH&S perspective and to ensure compliance with the various workplace laws.
ErgoAssess stores all information going back to the day you begin to use the system so a history of compliance is also available. See the screen shot below to see what the ErgoAssess report repository looks like.

Ergoassess application allows you to store a lot of different information on your staff members. Information like the site they are at, their floor level, their cost centre or their employee type e.g. full time, contractor etc. can be recorded for each staff member.
Surveys and reports can be run using any one or mixture of these characteristics. This makes administration of this system very straight forward and means that you and your staff will not have to spend too much time maintaining compliance. To save further time, staff records can easily be imported.
See the staff details screen below.

From the user perspective, the system is very simple to use. Everyone is emailed a login and can click straight to the survey from the email they receive.
Once there, they are asked a series of questions related to how they interact with their environment. As they go, they can also access tips which will help them to avoid poor practices that can lead to injury (see the bottom left hand side of the screen shot below).
Low risk users are sent more educational / self-help materials when the survey is finished and high risk users are reported on. The process of running surveys and providing educational materials is completely automated and requires no input from you. The only decision you will need to make is how to handle high risk staff.
