This offer entitles you or a person nominated within your organisation to a single ergonomic assessment.

One free ergonomic assessment per organisation only.

Ergonomic assessments are provided in two different ways.

1.  An ergonomic assessment may be a physical assessment conducted at the workstation at your place of work. You will be contacted within one day of your request to schedule. You must ensure that the ergonomist or physio that conducts the assessment has access to the premises on the day / time of the assessment. Reschedules of free assessments are not permitted. Following the assessment a written report will be provided within 72 hours.

1.  An ergonomic assessment may be an online assessment provided through the ErgoAssess online system. The person being assessed will be required to complete on online survey. After completing the survey, the system will determine whether the individual is in a low, medium or high risk category and will be provided educational material automatically. If the individual is in the high risk category, a report will be sent to the individual or their manager.

Whether the assessment to be offered is online or physical is at the discretion of Ergoworks.
Ergoworks may use the information you provide to promote other products and services to you and / or your organisation.
